Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Disgate Touris Travel Agency, we aim to provide the best service experience for our guests. However, we understand that travel plans may change. The following cancellation and refund policy applies to all tour and transfer reservations made through our website or through our partner travel agencies.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing via email as soon as possible.

Cancellation conditions are as follows:

More than 21 days before the tour date: Full refund will be provided.
14 days before the tour date: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before the tour date: No refund will be provided.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the booking.

2. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not appear at the agreed meeting point or fails to participate in the tour or service without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

3. Changes to Reservations

Reservation changes such as date, time, or participant details must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled service. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they are subject to availability.

4. Cancellation by the Company

Disgate Touris Travel Agency reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather conditions
Government restrictions
Safety concerns
Operational reasons

In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date, alternative tour, or a full refund.

5. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
